June 8, 2023Aaron Rodgers Trade: Why He Didn’t Choose The Patriots
June 18, 2023The Jets have added another talented player to their team by signing veteran safety Adrian Amos on Tuesday. However, there’s more to this than just a new signing.
Reports have emerged that the team fears safety Chuck Clark may have seriously injured his knee during practice. Clark is currently undergoing medical testing and seeking a second opinion.

That helps explain why the #Jets signed Adrian Amos.
They weren’t in on Amos until recently (he visited Ravens on Mon, his 2nd visit) but the opportunity to now start for the Jets sold him.
Interestingly, the Jets acquired Clark on March 9th in a trade with the Ravens, considering him an upgrade over Lamarcus Joyner. With Clark expected to start alongside Jordan Whitehead, he played every game for the Ravens last season and managed to record an impressive 101 tackles, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in the regular season. In the past four seasons, Clark started in 61 games for the Ravens and appeared in 96 matches for Baltimore in the six seasons after they drafted him in the sixth round.
Overall, the Jets have made a significant move in acquiring Adrian Amos. Nevertheless, attention remains on Chuck Clark, and the Jets are keeping a close eye on the news surrounding his injury. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
